Christine is a counsellor, facilitator, and coach who works from a person-centred and positive psychology approach. Using therapy, mindfulness skills, and creative focused interventions she encourages people to develop goals and learn skills to increase their well-being, happiness, and satisfaction in everyday life. Increasing positive emotion and lessening the likelihood of mental and emotional distress.
Christine offers Skype or Zoom as well as face to face appointments.
